While some of these are compatible with the base game, most of them need expansions and stuff packs – and some use Custom Creations (CC) as a powerful tool to design unique spaces. I’ve put together huge list of my favorite user-created lots, homes, parks, stores, dance clubs, mansions, all that good stuff to get you started on your Sim-focused real estate journey. Or you can marvel at other people’s creations online, and even bring them into your game! Maybe you enjoy the dollhouse-like character creator, the goofy activities you can make your Sims do, or the opportunity to create the home of your dreams. This is my last and only hope now as I reach out to you guys, I hope that I will be able to play my game soon.Everyone loves The Sims. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the game. I am sorry, EA, but, I want to be able to design a little more better, and I know I am not the only one! There is a huge community in fact called, The Sims Resource, and you can download a bunch of different mods from there, they even made an install manager that automatically puts it on the game for you! So much easier than back in the day where you had to extract and move all the files into a mod folder. SIMS 4 GAME WON'T LAUNCH AFTER DOWNLOADING MODS FROM THE SIMS RESOURCE (USING THE SIMS RESOURCE DOWNLOAD MANAGER.)Īs a fellow lover of the Sims series and playing since the Sims 2, I have always used downloads/mods for my sims because I didn't like the clothing choices or the style of some furniture/rooms. When I downloaded a bunch of mods again the next day, and left it over night, I came back thinking I would be okay to play and low and behold the game will not launch and now I am left wondering why. I continued to check up while downloading to make sure the game launched and it did. I was downloading a bunch of Mods from the Sims Resource with the Sims Resource Manager like I always do.
